The best bread of the italians


The best bread is the biova, because the ingredients are very good and is the most similar to our bread.

BIOVA

The Biova is produced in several parts of Piedmont area. It has a roundy and bulging shape, it weights about 100-500 grams and has a pale surface and inside is generally hollowed, in consequence of a lengthly leavening.
It's made of wheat flour, beer yeast, salt, water and sometimes lard.

PAELLA

The paella is a tradicional food of spain. The mainl ingredient is the rice.
There are a lot ot types of paellas.l
There are more ingredients in paellas: peas, fish and prawns, peppers...
